The other experts in the country need to recognize that you can not take no for an answer. US Bank can not dodge working with the second biggest real estate group in the nation. This thought is ridiculous.
The message for our audience is that we are still closing short sales with US Bank. Don’t allow them to tell you that they decline to work with you. It plainly isn’t correct.
The lesson to the lender is about mitigation. When somebody is having a difficulty and may lose their home, this procedure is about mitigation. It is not about how much you hate the real estate experts or whether the home owner did something wrong. Mitigate, as defined by nearly all dictionaries, is the method by which you decrease the severity of the loss. Please get out of the way of agents.
Kevin and Fred are not dismayed by your tactics. They are upset because of the home owners that are at risk through this course. This rant is not about egos or right and wrong. The home owner is our spotlight and, to be quite sincere, the investors should be your center of attention if you work for a bank. The initial step in resolving any disagreement between Group 4610 and US Bank is to agree on the meaning of mitigation. After that, we should be able to coexist without contradiction.
