Short Sale Power Hour

Kevin and Fred are celebrating an anniversary  collectively. Today, February first, is Group 46:10′s 2  year birthday. On a momentous day in the breaking  dawn of 2008, Fred and Kevin joined forces to form  Group 46:10. They have, in just two short years,  become the solitary most victorious team of short sale  specialists in the nation.
Two years back they started with only 12 combined  listings and had closed just 2 short sales before  joining forces. Keller Williams has never been the  same since. With more than 230 short sale  transactions closed in the past two years, these  pioneers of the real estate industry have  revolutionized the short sale process.
While they didn’t think up the short sale, they are  given much acknowledgment in the precision of the short  sale process.
In January of 2010 only, these 2 short sale  professionals (and their group) closed twenty short  sales.
Right now, there are so many agents out there trying  to do short sales all by themselves. Fred and Kevin  just wobble their heads at those folks because  they understand the value of having someone to  work with and talk with right through the process.  Right now there are many real estate agents out  there that have more listings than Kevin and Fred,  but no one has been as victorious as they have.
The outlook looks optimistic for these two short sale  wizards. Coming soon to Group 46:10, 30 short sales  per month closed successfully. Stay tuned!
