The Boys Are Back With A Renewed Outlook
Kevin and Fred of Group 4610, America’s funniest short sale group, is just returning from holiday in a variety of ports including, but not limited to; Greece, Italy, Rome, Florence, Capri, Venice, and Athens. It appears that you are not allowed to have any fun at the Acropolis. Fred and Kevin found out the hard way by getting into trouble when trying to capture a humorous picture there.
For those of you who did not realize it, the past three weeks of video have been pre-recorded. Kevin and Fred were planning on filming some Short Sale Power Hour videos over in Greece, but that simply didn’t come to fruition.
Today is a lot like mindset Monday, but it is Tuesday. So, we will call it Perspective Tuesday. The boys have a new perspective on things coming off of a vacation.
All of the little things that people get concerned in on a daily basis is pointless crap. Our lives, short sale files, bank negotiators, brokers, clients, and other people are all merely stuff. The endless butting of heads and clash does not mean a single thing.
We are not saying that what we do as real estate agents does not matter. We have a huge opportunity to save banks money and even more importantly, save home owners. Meeting your commitments is still critical. However, we all spend a lot of time distressing about things that simply don’t matter that much.
The idea is simple. We are encouraging you to enjoy yourself. Lighten the mood a little bit. Urgency is crucial in short sales. We realize that. Still, we do not need to worry about what others say about us or what other people believe about us. As long as you are working with the utmost integrity in mind, you have nothing to worry about.
