Seth notes that everybody has there own 5 p’s of marketing; product, pricing, promotion, publicity, positioning, packaging, pass along, and permission. These are all the rules of marketing that people use to get along. Yet, the new ‘p’ of marketing is the purple cow. While it is a cow like each other cow, it is remarkable because it is distinctive.
Group 46:10 has been able to stand out from their competition because of the remarkable outcome that they turn out. While most short sale agents are completing short sales with a 30-40% victory rate, Group 46:10 is managing to complete short sales at an alarming rate of greater than 90%.
