Foreclosure Sale Dates And House Owners
Hello and welcome to our blog. We are Fred Weaver and Kevin Kauffman, Arizona’s leading short sale specialists. We have completed hundreds of short sales and we would like for you to contact us to learn more.
We wanted to speak to you today about what is going on in the short sale business today. In particular, can foreclosure sale dates be postponed and as a home owner when should you begin working with us in a short sale deal.
Lately, some of the investors don’t want to suspend foreclosure sale days as much as they have in the past. A year ago, if we were talking, I would have informed you that we can get your property on the market and get an offer in 60 days allowing your foreclosure sale date to be postponed. To be truly honest, that is not occuring any longer.
If you are in a spot where you are 60 or less days from foreclosure, please make contact with us. We aren’t saying that your home is going to go to foreclosure. Still, if you haven’t missed a payment up till now or you are merely a payment or two behind, please make contact with us shortly. The quicker you act, the better off you will be. If we have more time, we have a better likelihood to make a positive outcome for you.
You must make sure that you are working with a professional group that has contact within the lender and can effectively complete your short sale. The lenders do want to help you out, but you have to make contact with us sooner rather than later.
Thank you for joining us now. Please fill out the form here on our blog so that we can be in contact with you soon. Have a magnificent day!
