Coach has been tugging at Kevin and Fred regarding teaching a certain lecture from the Blue Book. We have not brought the Blue Book out before. We have talked about numerous items from the Red Book. Still, now is about the Blue Book and a commerce intervention to help you close more short sales.

Doubt and discouragement can shatter your motivation in business dealings. Occasionally a lender is difficult to work with and you begin to doubt whether a short sale can be closed. You can not misjudge the control of doubt to keep you from accomplishing your goals in the short sale industry or becoming your greatest. This is exactly what occurs with some agents that perform short sales. They doubt their capability, the likelihood and the possibility of succeeding. Probability is such a dangerous place to go.

There are tons of people that want to attain something in their life. They will disclose their idea with friends and family and then follow up their ideas with a reason or two about why it probably wouldn’t work. It utterly crushes their morale and is harmful to any chance that they really had of succeeding.

Recall that the fears we have are all things that we learned. Over the course of time, you have learned to fear stuff in your life, albeit heights, water, or failure. What needs to be recalled is that if you learned to fear it, you can also learn to not fear it. Whatever it is that you set your mind on, you will believe. Begin focusing on the other side of the situation. Focus on the achievement instead of the fear.
