Several of you have a fear of the unknown. You may not refer to it as a fear, but often times doing nothing at all is merely a fear of the unknown. If you move toward the circumstances as a means to improving the lives of those around you the fear can become a passion. Think about all of the people that you lend a hand by closing a short sale. Clearly, you help the home owner out of a tricky circumstances. You also help the home buyer get a new house. And, quite frankly, you are helping yourself and your family by working hard. Still, in spite of the fact that they do not comprehend it, you are also aiding the bank to lessen their loss.
There will inevitably be obstacles that you are confronted with. Still, if you remember the reason why you are doing this trade, the fear can turn to passion. There are millions of Americans that can benefit from what we, as realtors do. So, keep your objective in the forefront of your mind.
